On April 19, 2025, with the help of our engineering expert, we conducted on-site measurements of seven apartments at Portico using a Faro Premium laser scanner, which captures data at 700,000 points per second.
📊 Key Findings:

The apartments are, on average, 10% smaller than advertised.

Marabella units are off by 229.3 square feet, that’s bigger than the size of the master bedroom!

Even if you add the balcony, which is not livable space, all the units are still smaller than advertised!
